breakfast choices comfortable room accommodating staff
Breakfast offered many choices and i found a nice cute drink upon arrival. the location was lovely, a great comfortable room allowed for quiet evenings and mornings. i found accommodating staff ready to quickly resolve a slight mix-up with the room. They sorted everything.
i noticed slight wear in some areas, like corridors, due to the building being older.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
constant slamming hallway noise
The breakfast offered a good selection of items.
My room was quite noisy. I heard constant slamming of doors in the hallway early in the morning. It woke me up. It seems the cleaner left the doors open, so they did not have to use a key card. This is not acceptable.

i found the staff cute and helpful at all times. the hotel provides free access to the pool and sauna. the room included a safe and effective blackout curtains. the bedding was a good quality.
the lift service was occasionally slow and it was slightly inconvenient. but it wasn't a big problem.
